Proactively updates both their team and external stakeholders with both progress and blockers

Has experience with a product analytics tool e, g, Mixpanel or Amplitude

Has worked in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced start up environment

Wants to grow with the company and be part of creating the data and operations culture

Is keen to support and mentor team members

Bonus experience, Is comfortable working with complex MongoDB aggregation pipelines and python

Has worked on an event tracking plan before such as Avo
