Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Director Cyber Security Support is to use industry benchmarks to develop cyber security metrics and to measure the cyber security team against Key Performance Indicators (KPI). KPIs will be used to report performance improvement to the Board of Directors and Las Vegas Sands Corp. senior leadership.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.'s policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

. Key Performance Objectives

. Work closely with the Senior Vice President Information Security to develop cyber communications and presentations that can be understood by a wide audience.

. Ensures the vision of the Senior Vice President Information Security is executed and remains an industry leading program

. Key Responsibilities

. Independently manage team status dashboard used by the Senior Vice President Global Cyber Security.

. Build detailed plans that aligns with key influential stakeholders and ensures successful delivery through completion while receiving high level guidance.

. Direct special security projects and RFPs to show comparison within hospitality industry.

. Develops and maintains strategy to maintain and uphold future performance.

. Maintains cyber security Senior Executive dashboard of Top 10 KPI.

. Establish relationships with senior leadership to socialize cyber security messages that meld with the vision for the business.

. Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

. 21 years of age

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

. At least 5 years' experience as a consultant interacting with Senior Executives and the C-Suite.

. CISSP or GISP certification is required. 5 years' experience in a combination of Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (Cyber) operations experience or 5 years' experience in Cyber Operations can be substituted for the certifications.

. Experience and expert knowledge of cyber security roles and how they function together as a cyber organization and how the cyber organization fits and works with the enterprise as a whole.

. Expert at developing business cases and communicating their benefit to the organization.

. Expert user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

. Ability to read and communicate effectively in standard English in written and oral business communications

. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job

. Proof of authorization to work in the United States

. Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with frequent interruptions or distractions

. Adapt to frequent changes in workload and be able to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate while completing tasks within established time frames

. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with fellow Team Members, management, outside contacts, guest and the public

. Ability to meet the basic physical requirements of an office environment including moving freely and frequently about an office, accessing computers and related technologies using peripheral equipment and operating other office equipment
